Jim has more than 25 years' experience as an attorney and businessman. Jim's practice concentrates on advising entrepreneurs and business owners on business matters; succession planning; real estate law; and all aspects of business law. In addition, Jim is an experienced estate planner and probate lawyer, who has counseled a wide variety of clients with both simple and complex estate planning, including wills, trusts, tax planning, and gifting. Jim currently acts as general counsel for a number of private companies. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council. Jim served on the Board of Directors of COSE for 15 years.
